They were fitted with high modulus carbon masts with full carbon booms and arched carbon spreaders plus carbon rudder stocks and several other enhancements. These were serious boats and Moana represents a continuously upgraded racing yacht that is ready to go. Moana was previously known as "Victoire" is one of the highly sought after Beneteau fully optimized First 45 racing versions. With High Modulus mast and carbon spars, this vessel is right to go ocean racing or cruising right now.

The owners have also continued to maximise its performance with a comprehensive wardrobe of carbon sails, re-fairing of the hull, recessing through hull fitting and customising many of the on deck and trim systems.
